Our Saturdays are for fitness. Who's excited? Little things can get you fit. We would be talking on little things you are not aware of that can get you fit.
Firstly, dancing is a very good form of exercise. Are you feeling lazy or discouraged because of the wet ground due to heavy down pour over night? All you gotta do is lock yourself up if you are feeling a little bit shy, plug in your earpiece or connect your ipod to the speaker. Shake your body, flow with the music and move even if you can't dance. Do this for 20-30 minutes. Make sure you get out some sweat.
Secondly, there are some times you gotta hit the gym. I know the busy schedule and other factors could be drawing you back but you gotta find that courage from within. Think about survival, should incase there is a war. Weird isn't it? Yeah I know but if that what would get you to do so, then think it. Don't look at the other guys showing off at the gym. Concentrate.
Lastly eat good, eat fruits, take lotta water, and stretch always.
